Our Policies We encourage you to review our policies often, as they may change at any time. Your Privacy Your privacy is a priority for us. We will not knowingly share, sell or distribute your personal information in any form. We do not currently send promotional material via email, however we may do so in the future. Should we elect to offer special discounts, new product announcements or promotional information, we will do it on an opt-in basis only. Warranty Policy All American Wood Pens products have a warrantee against defects in material or workmanship for a period of one year. We will repair or replace your item at our option when returned shipping pre-paid with return authorization. To obtain authorization contact us by email or phone. Our pens are
constructed for day-to-day use, however they can be damaged,
scratched
or broken if dropped or abused. This damage and normal wear are
not
covered under warranty. Natural blemishes (i.e. Mother Natures
beauty marks) are not covered. Fountain pen nibs are delicate and
subject to abuse.

can obtain replacements for a nominal

Use and If you have accidentally damaged your pen, you may contact us by e-mail or phone and we will assist you in any way we can to facilitate repair for a nominal charge. Return Policy- Internet Purchases Only If, when you receive your order, you are dissatisfied in any way you may return it, shipping pre-paid, in original, unused, undamaged as shipped condition within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Shipping is not refundable. We do not accept returns of custom orders or engraved products. We do require that you contact us by email or phone to obtain return authorization. Please include the reason for your return. All returns must be shipped pre-paid. You should package your return securely and carefully, insure your shipment and ship by a carrier such as DHL, FedEx, UPS or Priority Mail so as to provide shipment traceability. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns. This Site We work continuously to insure the images, text and timeliness of this site so as to represent us and our products as accurately as possible. If an inadvertent discrepancy occurs concerning price, product, description or availability we will void the sale and contact you via email or phone. We are not responsible for typographical errors.
